Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Architect to join their team in Pune, India, for a significant corporate campus development. This role is all about ensuring the design vision is accurately translated into reality on site. You'll be reviewing drawings from external consultants, managing drawing records, and making sure everything built aligns with the approved plans.
You'll collaborate closely with various architectural teams, project management consultants, and vendors. Your responsibilities will include coordinating GFC drawings, overseeing the entire architectural delivery process from start to finish, and tracking project milestones. A key part of the job involves conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve any construction issues that arise.
This position requires a strong understanding of architectural and structural designs, along with a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. You'll also be involved in managing architectural budgets and timelines, and working with engineers, construction managers, and government authorities to resolve technical challenges.
