Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Architect to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in luxury residential design who can manage projects from the initial idea all the way through to the final construction. It's a hands-on position where you'll be involved in every step, bringing both creative ideas and technical expertise to the table, while also engaging directly with clients.
The work here is all about careful planning, a keen eye for detail, and a real appreciation for quality craftsmanship, materials, and balanced proportions. The ideal candidate will be confident, make clear decisions, and enjoy working in a team where great design and excellent execution are equally important. You'll be leading high-end residential projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients, and working closely with consultants and contractors to ensure the design vision is realized.
You'll need a professional degree in Architecture, at least 5 years of experience with a focus on luxury or custom homes, and a professional license. Familiarity with building systems, construction, and high-quality materials is essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are key, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
