This role is for a Senior Site Architect in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working with a leading architectural firm. You'll be a key part of the site supervision team, ensuring projects meet all contractual, quality, and design requirements.
You will lead and mentor a team of site professionals, coordinating closely with clients, contractors, and consultants. Your responsibilities will include managing all documentation, from shop drawings to progress reports, and overseeing quality assurance and control processes.
The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of site experience, preferably in the Middle East hospitality sector, and is proficient with FIDIC contracts. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with software like Aconex, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD are essential.
