Job Description
This senior role involves leading the technical design and delivery of a wide range of architectural projects. You'll be responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of design, compliance, and buildability.
You will guide multidisciplinary teams from initial concept through to construction, fostering strong relationships with clients and consultants. This position requires accountability for technical leadership, resource planning, risk management, and mentoring team members, while also contributing to business development and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture with at least 10 years of experience, a proven track record in leading complex projects, and experience managing design teams. Membership in the UAE Society of Engineers and relevant international accreditations are also important.
