Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Architect with a solid track record in interior fit-out projects to join their team in Dubai. This role involves leading the design process from start to finish, preparing all necessary drawings and documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, consultants, and contractors.
You'll be responsible for ensuring designs meet regulations and project specifications, reviewing material selections, and conducting site visits to oversee quality and progress. Collaboration with MEP and structural teams to resolve technical issues will also be a key part of the job, as will mentoring junior architects.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 10-15 years of experience, including at least five years in a senior role focused on interior fit-outs. Experience with F&B, commercial, retail, and luxury residential projects, particularly within the UAE/GCC market, is highly desirable.
