Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Site Architect to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is for someone with at least 15 years of experience working as an architect in the UAE, specifically on large and complex high-rise residential projects.
The focus will be on leading the architectural design process from development through to construction documentation. You'll be responsible for coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing technical aspects with clients and contractors. Experience with multi-building projects that have shared podiums is essential.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows is required, along with a strong understanding of UAE building codes and approval processes. This is a hands-on role where your direct involvement in project delivery will be key.
