The company is looking for a Senior Manager, Solution Architect to join their Digital Integration & Architecture practice in Melville, New York. This role involves shaping vision with executives, governing complex deliveries, and building capabilities for clients to sustain change. You'll lead multi-track programs end-to-end, orchestrating strategy, architecture, and execution across platforms, teams, and partners. You will be responsible for assessing application portfolios for cloud readiness, architecting end-to-end migration solutions to AWS, and designing AWS-native architectures. A key part of this role is defining and driving an AI-native engineering strategy, including evaluating and adopting new AI development tools and platforms, and mentoring teams on AI-native practices. You'll also lead engineering teams on modern development frameworks and backend technologies, with AI-augmented workflows as the default. This position requires extensive experience in software engineering and architecture, with a strong background in AWS, including modernization or migration projects. Daily proficiency with AI coding assistants and hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks are essential. You should also have a proven track record in leading cloud migration or modernization projects and strong communication and leadership skills.
