Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior Drafting Technician to join their Underground Transmission Engineering Team in Lakewood, Colorado. You'll be responsible for creating detailed designs for utility client projects, focusing on electrical schematics and structural components. This role involves interpreting construction documents and developing comprehensive drawing packages for various project stages.
You'll collaborate closely with engineers and managers, contributing to quality assurance and developing a strong understanding of industry standards. The ideal candidate has a solid background in drafting, particularly supporting electrical infrastructure, and possesses extensive experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D. Familiarity with Bentley MicroStation and land survey techniques is a plus.
