This role is for a Senior Civil Design/Drafter with over ten years of experience to join a team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. You'll be working on diverse projects across water resources, municipal, and building services, collaborating closely with civil design teams. The focus is on delivering high-quality work products while managing your time effectively to meet project budgets. Your responsibilities will include leading design teams in developing pipeline plans, earthworks analysis, and various drawings. You'll also be involved in reviewing drawing packages, processing survey data to create topographical surfaces, and preparing material and quantity takeoffs. A key part of this role is mentoring junior staff and managing multiple projects independently to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and be eligible for professional membership with APEGS or TPSK. Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential, with Revit and 3D scanning being considered assets. Strong knowledge of industry drafting standards and the ability to interpret construction details for pipelines and earthworks are also valuable.
