Job Description
The company is looking for a Sr. BIM Electrical Engineer in Queens, New York. This role involves leading the electrical engineering design process for various facility types, from concept to closeout. You'll be responsible for developing detailed Revit models for power, lighting, and other electrical systems, ensuring designs are code-compliant and constructible.
You'll also play a key part in coordinating with other disciplines using BIM, facilitating technical reviews, and supporting project management tasks like budget tracking and RFIs. The position requires a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and at least six years of experience in electrical engineering within construction or design-build. Advanced Revit proficiency is essential.
