Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer to join their team in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area. You'll be taking the lead on designing and developing control, automation, and instrumentation systems for major industrial and infrastructure projects. This involves creating control philosophies, system architectures, and specifying all the necessary hardware and communication networks.
You'll also be the main technical point of contact for I&C engineering within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration with process, electrical, and mechanical aspects. Experience with 3D modeling tools like Revit or AutoCAD Plant 3D for plant layouts and clash detection will be very useful.
The role requires a strong background in industrial automation, control systems, and process instrumentation, with proven expertise in PLC/DCS/SCADA design. You should be comfortable leading design efforts, interfacing with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
