Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Finishing Inspector to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on a high-end residential tower project, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of architectural and finishing works.
You should have at least 10 years of experience in architectural and high-end finishing, with a minimum of 3 years specifically within Saudi Arabia. Experience with luxury residential towers, 5-star hotels, or high-end fit-out projects is essential. A strong understanding of quality control, workmanship, mock-ups, inspections, snagging, and handover processes is key. Previous experience with a consultant or PMC is a plus.
