Job Description
The company is looking for a Structural BIM Design Lead in Bellevue, Washington. This role involves taking ownership of the structural BIM model, creating and maintaining BIM elements based on project requirements, and ensuring the model integrates seamlessly with other disciplines. You'll be using current 3D software to produce detailed drawings and documentation, while also mentoring junior design staff.
This position requires a strong understanding of structural engineering principles and how they interact with architectural and civil designs. Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a foundational knowledge of Civil 3D being a plus.
