Job Description
This role is for a Structural BIM Design Lead in Seattle, Washington. You'll be responsible for managing and creating the structural BIM model for projects, ensuring it meets the required Level of Development. This involves using advanced 3D design software like Revit and coordinating with other disciplines to integrate designs seamlessly.
You will also be expected to prepare detailed drawings and documentation, maintain model integrity, and contribute to the development of digital design standards. A key part of this position involves mentoring and developing junior design staff within your discipline, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment.
