This role is for a BIM / 3D Design Manager to lead the coordination of technical production for significant water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including desalination facilities. The position involves bridging communication between U.S. engineering teams and a primarily Spanish-speaking production team, requiring fluency in both languages. The focus will be on overseeing all BIM production efforts, establishing and enforcing design standards, and ensuring design intent is accurately translated into models and plans. This includes leading multi-discipline coordination, QA/QC, and clash detection, as well as managing production schedules and driving efficiency across distributed teams. This is a senior opportunity to directly influence the successful delivery of major water infrastructure.
