The company is looking for a BIM / 3D Design Manager to oversee BIM production for major water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including desalination facilities. This role involves leading international, primarily Spanish-speaking production teams and bridging communication with U.S. engineering teams.
You'll be responsible for managing all BIM/3D design efforts, ensuring adherence to U.S. standards, and driving efficiency in production workflows. This is a senior position with a significant impact on large-scale water infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, with extensive experience in AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Strong multi-discipline coordination and experience with large industrial facilities are essential.
