This role is for a Senior BIM Model Manager and Digital Delivery Lead based in Omaha, Nebraska. You'll be guiding digital delivery coordinators and specialists, managing the BIM model environment, and ensuring project deliverables meet scope requirements. This involves working closely with project managers to develop and implement Digital Delivery Plans, establish server infrastructure, and oversee discipline models. Your responsibilities will include executing digital deliverables, providing technical support, and maintaining model health and coordination processes throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring the team has the right software and training, and hosting coordination meetings to maintain quality control. This position requires a strong understanding of how different disciplines interact and how construction documents are produced. You'll need advanced skills in 3D design software, document management, and 3D coordination tools, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
