Job Description
The company is seeking a Senior Design Manager to oversee BIM and AutoCAD strategies for major high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role involves leading the coordination and delivery of BIM models, ensuring seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
You'll be responsible for implementing and refining BIM standards and workflows, conducting model audits, and performing clash detection using tools like Navisworks. The position requires translating design intent into accurate BIM deliverables and mentoring BIM teams to foster efficiency and skill development.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and 7-10 years of BIM experience, particularly in large-scale developments, are essential. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, along with a solid understanding of construction methods and the project lifecycle, is expected.
