Job Description
This role is for a Senior BIM Lead to guide the Water Practice in Austin, Texas. You'll be instrumental in shaping how BIM is used across projects, ensuring smooth workflows from design through construction. This involves setting standards, leading coordination meetings, and troubleshooting software issues.
You'll also manage the digital design library, including families and Dynamo scripts, and work directly with clients to define BIM deliverables. A key part of the job is mentoring project teams and staying ahead of new BIM technologies to enhance the company's capabilities.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the AEC industry with a strong BIM focus, expert-level skills in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and experience with Dynamo scripting. Strong leadership and project management abilities are essential, along with a passion for mentoring others.
