Job Description
This role is for a Senior Electrical BIM Lead in Austin, Texas. You'll be guiding teams on BIM workflows, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. This involves creating detailed 3D models in Revit, managing BIM standards, and leading coordination meetings to resolve design challenges.
You'll also be the go-to person for BIM software support, maintaining the digital design library, and ensuring projects meet BIM requirements. A key part of this position is mentoring junior staff and staying updated on the latest BIM technologies to improve our capabilities.
The company is looking for someone with over 10 years of AEC experience, particularly in electrical and mechanical BIM, and advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Strong leadership and coordination abilities are essential.
