Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior BIM Modeler to join their team in Washington, District of Columbia. You'll be creating 3D models and detailed construction documents for complex structural engineering projects, working closely with project managers and BIM teams.
The role involves supporting global BIM standards, overseeing BIM execution on projects, and acting as a primary Revit contact. You'll also mentor other Revit users and assist with project proposals and BIM initiatives.
You should have significant experience with AutoCAD and Revit, a good understanding of structural components and construction, and proficiency in 3D parametric modeling. Experience with ACC/BIM 360 and Bluebeam Revu is also expected.
