Job Description
This role is for a Senior Planning & Cost Control Engineer to join a prominent UAE conglomerate's real estate division. You'll be instrumental in overseeing the planning and financial aspects of multiple high-value real estate projects across the Emirates.
Your day-to-day will involve developing and maintaining project schedules and cost plans, from initial concept through to final handover. You'll be reviewing submissions from consultants and contractors, closely monitoring progress, and performing critical path and earned value analyses to ensure projects stay on track and within budget. Identifying potential risks to both timelines and costs, and proposing solutions will be a key part of your responsibilities.
The company is looking for someone with a strong background in project scheduling and cost control, ideally with experience on projects exceeding AED 100M. A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required, along with mandatory UAE experience, preferably within real estate development or similar large-scale project environments. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and driven to ensure project success, this could be a great fit.
