Job Description
This role is for a seasoned Project Manager or Site Engineer with a strong background in land development. The company is looking for someone to lead complex projects from initial site evaluation through design, permitting, and construction. A significant part of this position involves business development, including nurturing client relationships and pursuing new opportunities to expand the company's reach.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent client-facing and leadership skills. They should be adept at managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while also being proactive in seeking new business and mentoring team members. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite is expected, along with a Bachelor's degree and at least 11 years of professional experience, including 8 years in project management. A PE or RLA license is also required.
