The company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead significant construction and material handling projects in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role involves taking full ownership of projects, from managing budgets and schedules to ensuring technical specifications are met. You'll be the main point of contact for clients and will lead diverse teams, including subcontractors.
You'll be responsible for the overall financial performance and risk management of projects valued at $50M+. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project management experience in the construction or material handling sectors, with strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with Primavera P6 and a PMP certification are highly desirable.
