You'll be responsible for managing project documentation, including specifications and tenders, and will be involved in the commissioning and handover of technical systems. The position also requires identifying and implementing optimization opportunities within existing technical facilities. A degree in engineering with a focus on building services, electrical engineering, or a similar technical qualification is needed, along with several years of project management experience in building services, particularly in existing buildings or complex properties. Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, experience managing external planners and teams, and excellent planning and documentation skills are essential.
