The company is looking for a Senior Project Manager for Demolition and Contaminated Site Remediation to join their Environmental Restoration team. This role involves leading projects focused on cleaning up and redeveloping sites, ensuring they are safe and sustainable for future use.
You'll be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial assessment of contaminants in buildings and structures to planning, tendering, and executing demolition and remediation work. You'll also be the main point of contact for clients across private, industrial, and public sectors, guiding them from the first conversation through to project completion.
A background in civil engineering, environmental technology, or a related field is essential, along with solid experience in project management for demolition and remediation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are key.
