Job Description
The company is seeking a Design Construction Manager to oversee design activities for their construction, interior fit-out, and joinery projects. This role involves leading the design team from concept through to handover, ensuring all designs meet project requirements, technical standards, budget, and schedule.
You'll be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and site teams. This includes reviewing and managing design drawings, specifications, and technical documents, as well as addressing design changes and technical queries during project execution.
A degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in design management, particularly within interior fit-out or design & build projects, are required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
