Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Resident Engineer or Senior Project Manager to join their team for a significant hospitality project in Riyadh. This role involves overseeing the project from the post-contract phase, ensuring everything aligns with contractual requirements.
You'll be responsible for managing site staff and teams, and contributing to the overall operation and development of the Supervision Department. This includes handling all contractual correspondence, chairing technical and progress meetings, and managing submittals and approvals.
The position also requires close client liaison, preparing progress reports, and managing architectural mock-ups. You will also play a key role in reviewing contractor claims and ensuring timely local authority approvals.
If you have a strong background in managing large-scale projects and excellent contractual administration skills, this could be a great next step.
