This company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a significant residential tower project in Burnaby, British Columbia. You'll be responsible for the entire construction process, from managing costs and schedules to ensuring top-notch quality and client satisfaction. This role involves steering subcontractor negotiations and building strong relationships with owners and consultants.
You'll need at least five to seven years of project management experience, with a focus on residential high-rise projects, ideally with a large general contractor. Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project or Procore is essential. A strong network of sub-trades in the Lower Mainland and excellent communication skills are also key. Experience with virtual construction and 3D modeling programs would be a plus.
