The company is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a 12-month contract with a possibility of renewal in Montréal-Ouest, Quebec, Canada. This role involves managing and overseeing renovations, redevelopment, and construction projects for commercial and office buildings.
You will be responsible for planning feasibility studies, defining service offerings, managing professional mandates, and handling tenders and contractor contracts. The position requires close monitoring of project budgets and schedules, as well as ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, along with over 10 years of project management experience in commercial, office, or residential sectors, is essential. Fluency in both French and English, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
