Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of ground systems for their launch facilities. This role involves managing projects from initial concept through construction and commissioning, ensuring everything is ready for operations. You'll be working with a diverse team of engineers and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will include technically leading a multidisciplinary project team, managing international stakeholder relationships, and reporting on project status, timelines, and risks to senior management. You'll also be proactive in identifying and mitigating potential risks and collaborating closely with internal customers to ensure projects meet scope and timeline requirements.
This position requires a degree in engineering and around 5 years of relevant experience in areas like systems engineering, project management, or infrastructure projects. Experience with complex, international projects and a good understanding of project management tools are essential. The ability to coordinate effectively between stakeholders and engineers, while keeping the team motivated, is key.
