Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Technical Office Engineer to join their railway project in Zonguldak, Türkiye. This role involves managing key aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects, including budgeting, cost control, planning, and procurement.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 7 years of experience in the field, with a minimum of 5 years focused on budget, cost, planning, payment certifications, and technical procurement for major infrastructure projects like railways, highways, tunnels, and dams. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, advanced MS Excel, and SAP/S4HANA is essential.
Responsibilities include preparing and tracking work schedules, generating regular progress reports, managing payment certifications for both the client and subcontractors, and overseeing project cost control. The role also involves preparing tender packages for subcontractors, managing tender processes, developing and controlling project budgets, and coordinating with site teams.
