Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to join their team in the Doha Metropolitan Area. This role involves providing essential planning and scheduling support for project execution, overseeing construction projects, and analyzing engineering challenges to recommend solutions.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and controls, using software like Primavera P6 and Expedition. This includes managing project planning from initiation to close-out, monitoring progress against baselines, and preparing regular reports. A key part of the job is assessing contractor submissions and verifying actual progress.
To be successful, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, certification in planning and scheduling with Primavera applications, and at least 14 years of experience in large infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Expedition, and Power BI, along with a MMUP certificate, is essential.
