Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior BIM Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is for Saudi Nationals only.
In this position, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of BIM deliverables for interior fit-out projects. You'll create highly detailed 3D models, ensure technical accuracy, and coordinate between different disciplines. Your work will help bridge the gap between modeling and BIM management, ensuring projects meet BIM standards and are digitally delivered with excellence.
You will lead modeling activities, mentor junior team members, and support accurate project execution. This includes developing and managing detailed BIM models, reviewing them for accuracy and compliance, and leading clash detection and resolution. You'll also collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate multidisciplinary models and resolve technical queries.
To be successful, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in interior fit-outs. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is essential, along with strong knowledge of interior fit-out elements and construction practices. Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills are key.
