Job Description
The company is looking for an OES Team Leader to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves providing technical expertise for CNS Systems, supporting ATC and ATE operations, and assisting with project support. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, offering guidance on current and future CNS systems and advising on engineering needs for modifications.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience. You'll need at least 6 years of senior ATE specialist experience, with 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Familiarity with ATSEP OES Team Leader competencies, GCAA Civil Aviation Regulations, and ICAO standards is essential. Experience with Surveillance systems, including Long Range Radar, Short-Range Radar, WAM/MLAT, and ADSB, is also required.
This role calls for a resourceful team leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. You should be comfortable working under pressure and have the ability to develop quality standards and testing procedures.
