Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor in Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on providing expert advice on Technical Due Diligence, dilapidations, and other professional surveying tasks, rather than project management. You'll be working with institutional investors, lenders, and asset managers, assessing building conditions, lifecycle risks, and capital expenditure.
You will also be responsible for preparing and negotiating dilapidations schedules for both landlords and tenants, and advising on lease obligations. The position involves building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the team. A Chartered Surveyor qualification (MRICS or SCSI) and proven experience in TDD and dilapidations are essential, along with a strong understanding of the Irish commercial property market.
