Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior BIM/CAD Technician in Kansas City, Missouri. You'll be instrumental in refining their BIM processes, workflows, and standards for the Facilities department. This involves assessing current practices, developing documentation, and enhancing project execution.
You'll also be responsible for training and mentoring staff on Revit skills and BIM processes, using existing tools. Collaboration is key, as you'll work with project teams to tackle technical challenges and find ways to automate tasks.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Excel, with a strong grasp of BIM concepts like templates, families, parameters, and schedules. Experience with Dynamo, pyRevit, or AutoCAD LISP is a plus. A proven ability to train others and resolve design issues within a team setting is essential.
