Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator to join their construction team in Plain City, Ohio. You'll be a key player, working closely with the project management team on all modeling efforts for 2D and 3D coordination and shop drawings.
Your role will involve reviewing 3D electrical drawings for installation and coordinating with other trades to resolve clashes while keeping budget, constructability, and code in mind. You'll also be preparing RFIs and explaining drawings to production and construction teams.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in BIM/VDC coordination, a strong understanding of construction blueprints, and proficiency in 3D coordination software. You should also be comfortable leading a small team and effectively communicating with various levels of construction personnel.
