This company is looking for a Senior Engineer specializing in PHE (MEP) to join their Building Engineering team in Gurugram, India. You'll be working on significant building engineering projects, contributing to the design and development phases.
The role involves taking on specific engineering tasks, gathering data, and performing calculations. You'll be expected to propose solutions for new challenges and manage your work within budget and schedule, requiring minimal supervision for primary design elements.
Ideal candidates will have a Master of Engineering degree and 6-10 years of experience, particularly in retail, hospitality, and medium to large-scale projects. Familiarity with ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA standards, and international fire codes is essential, along with experience in commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects across various global regions. Knowledge of energy modeling software is also a plus.
