Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Dubai. You'll be responsible for detailed mechanical designs, including HVAC, fire protection, and BMS systems, for high-rise buildings and hospitality projects.
The role involves preparing technical specifications, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring designs meet all statutory and regulatory requirements. You'll also support the NOC process with local authorities.
To be successful, you'll need at least 15 years of experience in an engineering consultancy, ideally in Dubai, with a strong understanding of sustainable design and local authority procedures. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and proficiency in MEP design software like HAP are essential.
