Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Dubai. This role involves leading the mechanical design and coordination for major building services projects, ensuring solutions are innovative, cost-effective, and meet all standards.
You'll be responsible for the mechanical design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems across various project types, from residential to healthcare. This includes leading design teams, conducting reviews, and preparing all necessary documentation like calculations, reports, and specifications. You'll also collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in building services design within the construction industry. Proficiency in software like Revit, AutoCAD, and IESVE is essential, along with strong leadership and coordination skills. Experience with data center projects is a plus.
