Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves supporting international projects by handling instrumentation design and deliverables. You'll be responsible for creating key documents like instrument indexes, specification sheets, and system architecture diagrams, ensuring compliance with hazardous area regulations.
You will also lead the instrumentation design scope, manage designers, and contribute to tender preparations and cost estimates. This position requires strong coordination skills, both within the Bangalore office and with international teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Instrumentation or a related field, with over 12 years of experience in an EPC or engineering consultancy environment. Proficiency in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) and a solid understanding of industry codes and standards are essential. Experience leading engineering teams and working on US/European projects would be a significant advantage.
