Preparing project proposals and maintaining strong client relationships are also key aspects of this position. The company values sustainable engineering solutions and staying updated with the latest industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 20 years of experience in structural engineering, particularly with complex infrastructures. Proven project leadership skills, strong knowledge of BIM and parametric design, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
